Yoga is an ancient art that combines breathing, body postures and meditation to bring about harmony within the body. Yoga is more than exercise or a type of stretching. It is a path that can lead to muscular flexibility, endurance and tone. Yoga also improves breathing, relaxes the mind and centers the spirit.
